  The APSG-Irkutsk, International Seminar: "On the Use of Space Techniques for Asia-Pacific Regional Crustal Movements Studies" organized by the Institute of Astronomy, RAS and the Irkutsk State Technical University, Russia was held at Irkutsk State Technical University, Irkutsk, Russia on 5-10 August 2002.
