Opening Ceremony for the Office of APSG Central Bureau
The Opening Ceremony for the Office of the APSG Central Bureau (CB) was
held at Shanghai Astronomical Observatory on December 10, 1999 same day with the
opening
ceremony for the establishment of the United Center for Astrogeodynamics Research, CAS.
The Office is at the Room 617, Astronomy Building, Shanghai Astronomical
