The Workshop was hosted by the
Department of Land Surveying & Geo-Informatics Hong Kong Polytechnic
University, 57 participants attended with 57 oral presentations in 12 Sessions.

On the
business meeting, we were happy to have Prof. Madhav N. Kulkarni named as the
representative of India on the APSG Management Board, India being very important
to APSG.
Proceedings of the APSG-2004 was edited by Cheng Huang and Zhihan Qian,have been published by the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory,CAS
