The APSG-Irkutsk, International Seminar: "On the Use of Space Techniques for Asia-Pacific Regional Crustal Movements Studies" organized by the Institute of Astronomy, RAS and the Irkutsk State Technical University, Russia was held at Irkutsk State Technical University, Irkutsk, Russia on 5-10 August 2002. Fourty four participants from China, France, Germany, Russia, USA and Uzbekistan participated in the meeting. The Proceedings of the meeting edited by Suriya Tatevian, Nicolai Sorokin and Svetlana Oraevskaya, Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Astronomy have been published.
